MH Development Studio was built on a simple observation: most nonprofits don't have a fundraising problem — they have a systems and clarity problem. Strategy without structure breaks down. Good intentions without follow-through don't sustain organizations.

We work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and operations — with a particular focus on helping organizations build infrastructure that lasts. That includes everything from narrative and case development to grants pipelines, donor campaigns, and AI-assisted workflow design that gives lean teams a real operational edge.

Our work is grounded in deep experience across the nonprofit sector — arts and culture, LGBTQ+ advocacy, criminal justice reform, civic engagement, and more. We understand the specific pressures facing small and mid-size organizations, and we don't bring cookie-cutter solutions. Every engagement is led directly by our founder, with collaborators brought in when the work calls for it.
